Whiskey Apps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Spot the Lie mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require an account, login, or any form of registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

Local Storage

The App stores game statistics and user preferences (such as settings) locally on your device using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences on Android, UserDefaults on iOS). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Third-Party Services

The App may in the future integrate Google AdMob for serving advertisements. If and when ads are enabled, AdMob may collect certain device information and use cookies or similar technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. The App may in the future offer optional in-app purchases. If and when in-app purchases are enabled, all transactions will be processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. You can review Apple's and Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle purchase data.

As of the effective date of this policy, no third-party analytics, advertising, or payment SDKs are active in the App.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, no special provisions are required. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly address the matter.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
